Happy Birthday Mommy!

Well, I'm not over my obsession. But I guess my mom's birthday has a higher priority than my obsession over an ugly-looking blog in IE. True, she won't be reading this anytime soon. Nor anytime in the future. But still, if there are people dedicating things to dead people, I can dedicate this to someone who won't be reading it.

Mommy, you brought me into this world (with some help from Daddy too, of course!). You showed me life, love and everything else. You taught me the simplest things such as talking and walking.

Sure you were strict, and during those times when you were exercising your mom power, I was cursing and hating you for doing those to me. But then I realise, without those, I probably am not who I am today. I won't be the person my friends know. I won't be the person my relatives know. I won't be the person you know. And I thank you so much for making me who I am today.

I relish the times we spent chasing Chinese serials, or Korean serials. Racing home so that we can make it in time for the 6pm show. Our fighting over the TV for our different shows showing at the same time. Our shopping trips. Our outings to the furthest places just in search for a yummy bite to eat. Our jokes and laughs about your patients and about your boss. Your interest (and a lot of other people's too) in getting me thinner. Our diets together. Our LRT rides. Oh so many good memories...

MOMMY, I MISS YOU SO MUCH AND I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART! Oh...and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
