1. Guess who is now sponsored by the ACT Government to be a Permanent Resident? Guess guess guess! Wah you so smart (if you answered ME)! Wooo..now I have to wait for immigration to allocate me a case officer. Shouldn't take too long. *crosses fingers*
2. 29 Apr 2009 DEPOSIT-SALARY TARGET AUSTRALIA 259.25
IT'S MY FIRST TARGET PAY! Feels super a lot! Cause it's like for...13 hours. I think. Woooo~~~! But have to pay like $15 for my uniform. Pfft. One hour's pay goes into uniform. But it's tax deductible, so yay there.
3. Application for ACT Economics and Finance Graduate Recruitment has opened. While I would like to get this, I would much rather prefer getting the other government job that I have already applied for. I also don't know why. Actually no preference also la. I WANT A JOB. Period. Garh!
Okay. Numbering over. Hope everyone's having a great week. Toodles yoodles.

Before dawn,
a whole load of people gathered on the grounds of Parade Ground, Australian War Memorial as early as 4.30am.
They all came together as a reminder of the dawn landing on Gallipoli in 1915, to commemorate all Australians who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.
It was a chilly morning, with a cold wind blowing every once in a while.
A bunch of five of us : Jess, Shuey, Jay Seng, Aron and I went in Doodah's car.
It was a solemn event, but beautiful in its own way. It was beautiful in a sense that you could feel the atmosphere and you felt like you belonged. You could feel the pain of those soldiers and the pain of their loved ones. You feel thankful for those soldiers for without them, there would be no Australia as it is now. You feel like a part of Australia, that you aren't just a visitor. And that's a beautiful feeling.
Just as the event was ending, a tiny shower came around to wash away the grief and bring new hope as the dawn breaks.
