It's got fine language and all. Except for the BOWL part. I mean, do people not understand that MANGKUK = BOWL?

Oh, and the SO SIAPA YANG SUSAH. I never knew SO was a malay word.

And I'm telling you. This is one heck of a weird toilet notice. What with the condition of the notice itself and all.
