Good customer service is important.

There're many reasons why customers should be treated good. Well, for one, they'd be the one who can help you achieve your profit target.

So when a customer walks into your shop and admires a pretty dress, and her mom says it's pretty too and maybe she could try it on,

DO NOT say that the dress comes only in one size and that it only looks good on skinny people.
