I remember doing a short version of this Myer Briggs test in one of my Information Systems classes last year. It was pretty fun, and sort of accurate.
Today I bumped into it again in Will's blog and with more than 4 hours to spare, I did the personality test.
And the result of that was:

I would say it's pretty accurate for some, and not so for others. Usually works that way anyway.
