Super waste my money la the Maybank Customer Care.

Dahlah I try to save by calling the landline instead of the 1300 number, or else I'd !@#$%~^&*&^%$#@!~!@#$%^&*.

The lady who "helped" me was practically useless. I basically called her to get an answer that could easily be "Oh, you need to go to a branch, cause I can't help you.".

The landline you're talking about, is what kind of land line ah? Coz 1300 numbers are charged at local call rate. Same as calling another 03-blsabdlsadblsa number...

i checked maxis call rates. 1300 numbers are charged 10sen/20secs during peak hours and 10sen/40secs during non-peak.

ehhhh hold on. that would make 30sen/min. oh crap. i wasted money. i STUPID.
