Blessed.

I think I'm blessed to have great bosses. And great seniors. There's Mr Miller, and now in PwC.

My senior manager is this really nice guy, who even recently got awarded the Bravo Award which recognises the contributions of staff in PwC.

Firstly, when he got to know me during the SPA Christmas Party some time back, he asked me where I lived. And after knowing I lived in Kota Kemuning, and also knowing that it was a far way off from civilisation, he was the one who arranged me to work with my current senior. He told me, "This way, you won't have to worry about transportation to and from client's place. Marina can fetch you there and back.".

Today, he came to ask about the progress of our work in MediaPrima, and he treated us lunch, because he won the award la. (With the award comes prize money.)

He found out about the deduction in my pay due to my unpaid leave. And he said, "Aiyo, VT already pay so little, want to be so calculative and deduct some more.". He then told me "Next time if you need to go off, just let me know, and I'll just let you go. No need to go officially apply leave and let them deduct your pay.".

I was like WAH so nice! Although technically I've already had two days of paid leave due to my senior taking leave, which I'm sure he knows of.

So then, he also told me hor, "After this job, I'll just let you stay in office la. Let you relax during your last week." and so I told him, "It's okay, I can follow Marina to her new assignment, cause staying in office, what can I do?". Then he said "Don't know. You can...mingle?".

Haha. Ya right. Mingle with who? When everyone's so busy?

But I'm thankful either way. Must be my good karma. HAHA! =)
