What's new, you ask?

Canberra is still its same old self. With an emo cycle of weather. Cold one day, hot the next.

Life is still as boring. No job, no life.

Gossip still as stale. No humans, no story.

Room still the same. No games, no hype.

Friends NOT the same. Great ones far away, new ones emerging. =)

I'm currently hooked on Cook. The song "Always Be My Baby" could NOT sound sexier coming from a man. With such a husky voice....ooohh...*melts*.

V guy is hung up on Leona Lewis' "Run", he's sort of making me hooked on it too.

I'm also currently hooked on Jefffff Done Hammmmm. Went on a wild craze watching all his clips and laughing my head offfff at each and every one of them.

Yes, youtube is my current latest good friend.

Market Day in uni this year is very interesting. Never seen the uni as a graduate before, you see. Collected SO much freebies (acting as a newbie). Even got a free premium condom. So useful!

I now have in possession - free calendar, free debit card, free condom, free vouchers, free tattoos, free drinks, free hair band, free bag, free very interesting pen, free hangover drink. Yes, it's all junk. I know, okay. I really do. But the feeling of getting free stuff is just so addictive.

But I was at the MSO/MASCA booth and that was the moment I felt a bit out of place. Winnie asked me to fill up this form for MASCA, so that they could have the numbers for convincing companies to hold a career fair here. And then I filled it up loh. Name - easy. Course - erm...none at the moment? Current year of studies - right...n/a. Email - okay easy also. Address - not that difficult. Year graduating - erm...n/a, or if it did, wrong grammar cause it should read "Year GraduatED".

Sigh, this no job business is taking a toll on me. I mean, besides bakery, where I'm so considered not important anymore, since Miss C emerged. I went to apply for this new asian grocery store. Lady was happy that I could converse in Chinese and had ample availability - ANYTIME. Said she'd get back to me within 2 weeks and that I should most probably get the job. So YAY there.

But I really do want that banking job. But hard to keep asking, seeing as I applied through connections. Better pay, and DEFINITELY better-looking on my resume. Or that Accounts Assistant job I applied for. Oh well, time will tell.

In the mean time, I'm going to start writing up a hopefully very convincing essay as to why I'm so committed to living here in Canbo/y/erra.
