YES MAN!

The true meaning of spontaneity:

Driving back from Belco, talking bout the movie Yes Man!, deciding to go Gungahlin for dinner, Barney says no I will be cooking, Chern argues Yes Man! Yes Man!, Xin mentions might as well head to Hurricane's instead, Chern and Jared goes Yes Man! Yes Man!, Barney falters then gives in, YES MAN! YES MAN!.

In all of that 10 minutes or so, we decided to drive 3 hours to Sydney for dinner.

We made a few stops before leaving - Chern's home and Academie to pick up our last passenger, Aron.

5.30pm : Left Canberra

5.31pm - 8.45pm : Driving to Sydney. Played many stupid games in the car. Like a very very short while of king kong kang kung, then name fruits, then name shows, then the longest game that lasted was this "say a one syllable word and spell it then the next person has to think of another one syllable word that starts with the last letter of the previous word". Lots of talking and laughing.

8.45pm : Reach Sydney, head to Darling Harbour for dinner! Met up with Jay Shen there.

Makan makan, not satisfied enough (we just drove all the way here!), head to Pancake on the Rocks for dessert. Met Wei Ling, Melissa, Shaz, Inaz, Din, Comot (and some others) there too. They were there for the Jason Mraz concert. Stuffed ourselves crazy with batter.

Stopped by Jay Shen's place to drop him home, head back to Canberra!

For most of this part of the journey I was in dreamland, and so were Aron and Jared. So THANKS A LOT BARNEY AND CHERN for staying up and keeping each other company while driving us home. Reached Canbo safely at 4.20am.

Like Barney said during the very cold walk from his car to Academie:
If someone asks us tomorrow, where'd you have lunch yesterday? Oh in my room.
What did you have for tea? Oh some cheap lunch boxes at the food court in Belco.
What did you have for dinner? Oh ribs at Hurricane's in Sydney.
What did you have for breakfast then? Oh cereal in my room.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention the part where I had an interview this morning with a marketing company. I thought it went okay, not too great, but later in the afternoon it turned out that I was chosen to go back for the second round! I got through! WOOOOOOT~~~~
