Sometimes I decide to invite people over for dinner, cause I thought, hmm...I've got food which I'd like to cook, and I'd love to share this food with my close friends. We can have dinner together, just the few of us.
And then these people decide okay, we'll join you, but then we shall turn up separately at different times to stop by and eat since you so nicely cooked for us. But once we're done at your place to eat, we shall leave for home cause we've got lots of work to do. Thanks!
It's probably my bad timing, or my last minute in asking people to come over. Either way, I just don't like how it turns out. Boo...

Nearly there...
The week is coming to an end. The worst of the ordeals are nearly over.
We shall all survive through this, and then march to the Vice Chancellor's* office to demand him NEVER EVER EVER EVER do this to any other students EVER EVER EVER again!
Stupid 10-3 week semester. Stressing the heck out of every other person.
On the other hand, all the drama mama should be over. I think. Is it over, person? Well, it's not over over, but you get my over. Over.
(So lame.)
* I posted with the name, and then realised the person googles himself every so often, so just in case. =P

Breaking point.
I am there. I am so there.
Before this everything that happened I viewed it in a pathetic view. I whined and I complained to any soul which was willing to listen.
But now, now I'm just pissed.
I'm pissed at how everything's going.
I'm pissed at the stupid board which fell and hit my head.
I'm pissed at the drinks which fell and hit my head after the board.
I'm pissed at the people who accidentally hit my injuries.
I'm pissed at people who annoy me.
I'm pissed at anything and everything which just didn't seem to be right.
I'm pissed at the person who emos me for nothing. I mean, I'm sure it's something, but must you let it out on me? I'm sorry I'm stupid. I'm sorry I like to stand my ground, and believe things I think to be right. I'm sorry I call you names out in jest. I just figured, you being a friend of mine, would understand that I do mean no harm. You think everytime you call me names, I'm incredibly happy? You think I'm not hurt? You think I'm not insulted every single time I'm ignored and classified as being defensive? Hell I am, but do I really take it to heart? Well, I sure sound like I do now, but truth is, I really don't. Cause I know, somewhere deep down inside, you do care about me, and you're just saying it as part of harmless fun.
But must you, seriously, must you be mad at me when I ask you for help? Must you be mad at me, when I just gave a passing comment? MUST YOU BE MAD AT ME WHEN THE WHOLE WORLD SEEMS TO BE AGAINST ME?
And should you be mad at me for something I forgot about, in the midst of all my assignments and all these things going wrong for me? Can't you be a little nicer? Or if you are mad at me, can't you just ignore me and let me be?
It really hurts. It really really does. And I really don't want to be hurt, especially not now. No matter how tough I seem to be, I really can't take much more.
And I'm sorry if this hurts you, in any way, I just really need to vent.

In commemoration...
This post happens to be my third hundred post. I've managed to make it so far, and kept to blogging and not given up on it, yet. Yay me.
And I was going to post up about this shirt I saw someone wear whilst I was working today. And it perfectly mirrors, if not me, how I live my life.
LEADERS OF TOMORROW
Such wise words. I should go scrounge for this shirt or print it on my own. Along with the PREFECTIONIST shirt I saw before as well.
And deviating from that, I've been having a string of crappy things happening to me lately. Wrong submission of assignment; a really bad fall of which I managed to hurt not just my knees and my elbows but my hip, neck and wrist as well (it was one heck of a fall); my computer having a hay fever (I'm on Shuey's now) and oh so many other minor ones in between.
Dear whoever-is-revenging-on-me, please let me go for now. Treat me to my punishments over a course of time if you must. An entire string of it is making me go insane and I am but a step away from tearing my hair from my head and screaming at the top of my lungs while running around in circles in my underpants.
Sigh, all my bad karma over the years must be catching up with me. Anything I can do to make up for it, you think?

Mix of sweet and savoury.
Life is a mix of the sweet and the savoury.
Nah, it's not. I saja.
Anyway, (Shuey suggested I blogged this, so I shall) for dinner tonight, I decided to cook something totally weird, something Monkey Magic. Monkey Magic is a very internalised joke, don't worry if you don't get it.
Here's how it goes:
1. Stir fry fresh sliced mushrooms in butter.
2. When cooked, drizzle honey on mushrooms.
3. Mix them together evenly, then add eggs.
Ta-dah! You get a dish I shall now name honey butter mushrooms with eggs.
I don't think there's such a recipe out there yet. So, I am the pioneer okay, if this dish ever becomes famous or worthy of household chatter.
*curtsies as the floor applauds my ingenious idea*

'Twas a fun night.
Yesterday night was Sheng and Regina's Pool & BBQ Party. It took some planning, some calling, some emailing, some facebooking, some smsing, some shopping, some ordering, some marinating, some cooking, some roasting, some washing.
And it turned out good, or so I hope. Many people congratulated me over a job well done, but truth is, I couldn't have done it alone.
Thank you Lich for suggesting a BBQ.
Thank you Kar How for lying (although you can't), being a great sidekick and washing up.
Thank you Marcus & She Yin for being my liaison on Regina's side.
Thank you Shawn for being my liaison for Sheng's church friends.
Thank you Diong for your room, your help preparing food, being the official video person and half your lung.
Thank you Shuey for being the official photographer and the other video person.
Thank you Willy for your car for transportation of cake, food and people.
Thank you Wai Yee for your car for transportation of balloons.
Thank you Jonathan for your car for transportation of people and Regina herself.
Thank you Sheng for acting surprised, even though you already knew.
Thank you random people who offered us (ahem) live entertainment for the night.
Thank you all those who helped out to cook at the BBQ.
Thank you all those who helped out to throw people into the pool.
Thank you all those who helped clean up after.
But most of all,
thank you all those who came to make it a great night (and kept the secret to execute the surprise).
It was great fun (and procrastination excuse) to plan the party and it was my great honour to do so.
It was a great party not due to the organising, but due to the great crowd that turned up.
And if you were looking for a rough summary of what happened, there is one here for Diong's version or you could read the following:
- Morning - cooking.
- Afternoon - go Dickson to pick up cakes.
- Done cooking. At around 6, official transporters reach Academie to transport food and balloons.
- Food and balloons transported, decorated the area whilst I spontaneously thought up of a (very) lame reason to get Sheng to come home.
- Sheng came home at a good time, but spotted Chloe and Jared.
- Jared gave a lame excuse of tennis, but was seen through very easily.
- Sheng went to check mail with Arjun and Jared whilst the rest of us hid by the BBQ area.
- For some funny and unexplained reason, Sheng proceeded upstairs instead of the party area (still don't get it, Arjun, please explain).
- From upstairs, he saw the whole load of people downstairs, then not as surprised liao.
- Everyone crowded around the lift area as Sheng descended from his high throne up above, whilst I hoped he reached before Regina does.
- He did, and we "Surprise" when the door opened (I think we did), then turned around as Regina walks in the door and "Surprise" her too.
- Headed to BBQ area to heat up food and eat.
- Eat eat eat then mingle mingle.
- Plan to throw Sheng and Regina in pool as Sheng (I think) noticed a group of people playing some sort of game where one guy was stripped to his boxers, guessed it was a game of strip poker.
- Marcus (I think) then noticed there was another view of a guy showering as we could see the silhouette.
- He then shouted a bit too loudly, and then the entire party crowd started to stare at shower-guy.
- All too sudden, shower-guy was joined by shower-lady. O.o
- As everyone was preoccupied with their dirty side, I turned my attention back to group of supposedly-strip-poker people. Then noticed they took out a fold-up bed and then started to sandwich someone inside!
- Then at that time, Shuey was ready to execute plan throw-birthday-people-into-pool.
- People started surrounding Sheng, standing around him as he continue to sit on the steps.
- I hinted "Eh how come everyone is standing around you wan?", he didn't get it. Shuey was wondering why I said it.
- Then as I moved a bit away, and Shuey had the camera rolling, I mouthed a "GO!" to the throw-into-poolers, and like a bunch of kidnappers, 6 of them grabbed him by the limbs and body, checked pockets, carried him to the pool, and gadeeesh!
- The throw-into-poolers then proceeded to go for Regina, where she started running around the entire place (and when I say entire, I do mean ENTIRE) escaping human contact.
- Will and I started to fill out water balloons and Will his water gun. Jeng jeng, shoot shoot water. My water balloons failed big time and bounced off her (if they even came into contact with her) like silicon pads. The water gun had a much better aim.
- Regina then used Marcus as a human shield, and as I pried her away from him, she parasited on me instead. Wow, is she a strong chick or what. She nearly dragged me all the way down. If I hadn't held onto the wall, I think I would've crushed her bones at the force she was pulling me.
- Wah she came out after letting me go and executed revenge with apple juice! Got a few people sticky, Shuey's eyes stinging, and Shuey's camera half dead.
- And then, after several attempts of throwing Regina into the pool (and failing), the guys gave up and prowled for other victims instead.
- Hazel kena, Kar How kena, Arjun nearly kena until he gave in and jumped in himself.
- I nearly kena-ed. Got dragged with an entire table. Good thing I am not ticklish, I tell you.
- After that, a truce was made, and some others willingly jumped into the pool (oh yes, Ah Boy did drag a few with him as he was thrown).
- Lich was the last to be dragged in (by Hazel) and scraped her knee. See lah, so tall got disadvantages kan?
- As the night was getting late, the cake needed to be cut, so everyone cleaned up, washed up and proceeded upstairs for song singing and cake cutting.
- I honestly didn't plan for another kissing session (as Regina made me do on my birthday) but by popular demand, I made her do it too.
- She ended up half-raping poor She Yin.
- Cake eating and karaoke sessions continued as people started to head home.
- Some who stayed later played some cards, and then headed home too.

Sunset vs Sunrise.

I'm a sunset girl. I love the sunset. More than I do the sunrise. Somehow, I appreciate the sunset so much more than a sunrise. And trust me, I've seen both. Well, very few people haven't.
So, why sunsets? People normally associate sunsets with sadness. With endings. Most people like sunrise. It gives hope for another day. Another chance.
But, I don't know. I probably can't really explain it. Sunsets, well, they give me a sense of peace, and rest. It's like it's all good now. No matter what happened today, it will all be okay. In a sense, it might seem pessimistic, cause this explanation works more in a pessimistic way. Like how it's been an exhausting day, and a sunset marks the end of it.
In a sense, I see it as a chance that "the sun will come out tomorrow". Though some might see this being related to a sunrise, but I feel...not so much. The phrase IS structured in a future tense. Means, it's...well...future.
And true that it is that this blog is entitled "Tomorrow" because of my great affinity for procrastination. The greater truth is that I had inspiration from that lovely song off Annie. I happened to be in a craze for that song when I first started blogging, aeons ago.
I think a sunset is THE most romantic scene Mother Nature could provide us with. Not that I'm dissing the sunrise or all the lovely greeneries out there.
Well, all I'm saying is, I'm a sunset girl. I love the sunset.

Wishlist.
Christmas might be too early. And also there's this tiny fact that I don't exactly celebrate it.
But I suddenly decided I wanted to write a wishlist. A list of all the things I want. And this time, I'm going to make it a wishlist of physical items. Although I do want many many things which are not so tangible.
So.
Currently, the top of the list belongs to:
A Gold Nokia 7370 L'Amour Collection.
It is a phone that is no longer in production, and many people might not think it's very good cause it doesn't have a great camera nor is its memory expandable. But I do love its swivel design.
Next on the list is:
A USB hub.
I know I wanted this for my birthday, then I said I didn't want it anymore cause I'm getting one from home. But the one from home is too low-powered it can't support more than one thing at a time, which makes a 4-port hub quite useless. So I want a good one. Which can support my mouse, my hard disk, my burner, and my pen drives.
Next on the list is (and probably should be top of my list):
Money.
I am bordering on literally being broke. I have less than a hundred left till my next salary comes in. And even then, my next salary won't last me for long. I'm telling you, if you're intending to pay for your parents' trip during your graduation, start saving from your first year. If you try to do it in your last year, you'll...well...be in my current position.
Next on the list is:
A bicycle.
The weather nowadays is horrendous. And having to be in many places within a short span of time during the week is really hard to cope with. True, I've been doing it for 10 weeks now, but it still is hard. And I would love to have a small bicycle to travel around with.
Next on the list is:
Well, I've got nothing more. Unless you're going to splurge and turn the bicycle into a car, I honestly won't mind. At least I can then trade the car in for cash if I am THAT desperate. Or you can set up a fund for me that people can donate to. Or everyone can pool their money and spend it on lottery, and when the jackpot of 10 million is hit, then give me all or even half of it.
Or, I could continue to dream.

No new posts because...
if I did post up anything, it'd be the same ol' "it's the holidays and I'm bored although I have 3 assignments due in the coming week".
And then I'd get bored of writing it, and you'd get bored of reading it. So I'm saving everyone some acne.
How nice of me. I know. Thanks.

Where you live matters.
Nah. This is not going to be some sad/happy/boring piece of fact sheet where I tell you "Where you live matters" and whether it matters on the subject of security and safety for your family blablabla...
I think where you live matters cause it's got to be easy to tell people. Like I live in Kota Kemuning back at home in Malaysia. And I live on Marcus Clarke Street here (taking into account most people don't spell the Clarke with an "e", but that's a tiny matter).
But there's this road that exists in Griffith - Strzelecki St.
Imagine this conversation:
A: Hey! Let's go to your place to partay tonight! Whereabouts do you stay again?
B: Oh! I live on Strzelecki St (whilst splashing about 20 droplets of saliva onto A's face)!
A: (wipes off droplets of saliva) Sorry, where?
B: Strzelecki! Strzelecki!
And A never talked to B again. The End.
How sad.
Seriously, more thought should be put into thinking of names for roads. I mean, I honestly do prefer the Malaysian system. A, B, C, D, E...although that does get a bit confusing once you forget which letter it's supposed to be.
