This week has been a hectic week of work and exercises. I have been working the past four days, nearly all day (from as early as 8 till as late as 3). And after work, I come home to prepare myself for my workouts.
As this is the first week of uni, there is the free entry to group fitness classes. So I go loh. Free ma. Monday raining, and I was cooking dinner too, so end up not going. But I've been a good girl since then.
Tuesday I cycled my life out, Wednesday I stepped my legs off and today I danced like a kid who didn't know the steps. Tomorrow I have no work and (duh) no classes, but I do have badminton "training" session on. But in the morning, I'm going to be teaching someone how to swim!
Class number one - learn to float!
So it's my exercise week this week. And next week I will have a free week's entry into Fernwood (thanks to June) so it will be exercise week two. Weeks after that, I should (hopefully) have found a job and maybe just end up in Capital gym.
This year I actually am trying to keep fit rather than lose weight. And the best part about that is that I'm actually working on the keeping fit and not working my mouth only.
Anyway, haha news for some: I'm a student until March 31st 2010, and also am an Australian. If you get my drift. Goksin!! *wink*
